Using Nepali Quotes
You may read, listen to, save, and share quotes for lawful personal use. You must not misuse the service, disrupt its operation, automate abusive requests, bypass security, or use content to harass, deceive, or violate another person’s rights.
Accounts
An account is required only to submit a quote. You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and be responsible for activity under your account. We may suspend accounts used for spam, infringement, harmful content, or repeated violations.
Quote submissions and moderation
You retain rights you hold in submitted material and grant ABS Soft Pvt. Ltd. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to review, store, format, publish, and distribute an approved submission through Nepali Quotes. Submissions are never published automatically. We may reject, edit for formatting, attribute, unpublish, or remove content, and you must not submit content you lack the right to share.
Attribution and content reports
Quotes and attribution can be incomplete or disputed. Do not rely on them as professional, legal, medical, financial, or historical advice. Send correction, copyright, or harmful-content reports to quotes@abssoft.com.np and identify the quote and requested action.
Advertising and third parties
The service may display Google AdMob advertising when enabled. Ads are clearly separated from navigation and are subject to Google’s terms and your consent choices. Links or third-party services have their own terms and privacy practices.
Availability and changes
We may add, modify, suspend, or discontinue features and may update these terms. We aim for a reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access, permanent availability of a quote, or error-free attribution.
Disclaimer and liability
To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without implied warranties. ABS Soft Pvt. Ltd. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the service. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Termination and deletion
You may stop using the service or delete your account at any time. We may restrict access for violations or legal/security risks. Account deletion permanently removes the account and quotes submitted by it, subject only to limited legal or fraud-prevention retention.
Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, without limiting mandatory consumer rights that apply where you live. Questions can be sent to quotes@abssoft.com.np. Nepali Quotes is a product of ABS Soft Pvt. Ltd., Butwal, Nepal.
